    Date: Jul-04-2025 08:24
Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, are expected to open on a firm note on July 4, taking cues from GIFT Nifty, which was trading around 25,528 earlier this morning.

The market direction is likely to be influenced by progress in the India-US trade deal, key US economic data, India’s forex reserves for the week ended June 27, institutional investment trends, ongoing primary market activity, and mixed global cues.

On the global front, Asia-Pacific markets were mixed on Friday, following gains on Wall Street after a stronger-than-expected US jobs report helped ease investor concerns about a potential economic slowdown.
