UTI AMC Q4 net profit jumps 53.86% at Rs 151.32 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 151.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 98.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53.86 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 24.44 per cent at Rs 327.48 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 263.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.04 per cent to Rs 133.96 crore from Rs 134.02 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 62.86 per cent at Rs 3.12 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 8.40 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 49.85 per cent to Rs 193.52 crore as against Rs 129.14 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 20.42 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 20.66 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.92 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.56 per cent at Rs 31.74 crore (Mar'23 Rs 27.23 crore).
