Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all Designated Persons of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Friday, July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of Board meeting of the Company for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30,2022 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
