Quicktouch Technologies Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 92.00 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 50.81 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 61.00. On the National Stock Exchange, the stock was listed at Rs 92.00.
The company, which raised 0.15 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 107.33 times, receiving bids for 1,642.15 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 15.30 lakhs shares.
The company, listed under ST Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Apr 18 to Apr 21.
Following a strong opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 96.60 and a low of Rs 92.00, before closing the session up by 58.36 per cent to its listing price at Rs 96.60 on the NSE.
The company anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for To meet the Working Capital requirement of the Company Acquisition of business in similar or complementary areas General Corporate Purposes Issue related expenses.

Meanwhile, the broader benchmark NSE Nifty closed trade at 18,147.65, up 82.65 points, or 0.45 per cent.
