In terms of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, the 19th July, 2024 to Thursday, the 25th July, 2024 (both days inclusive) for determining the entitlement of the final dividend to the members
