We Wish to inform that the 18th Annual General Meeting of the members/shareholders of the Company will be held on Friday, 27th September, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM), without physical presence of the Members at a common venue, in accordance with the applicable MCA and SEBI Circulars and Regulations.
