To fix date, place and time for convening of 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approval of notice of 39th AGM of the Company.\r\n2. To fix dates for Book Closure and Cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM.\r\n3. To consider and approve the appointment of Scrutinizer for the purpose of remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM.\r\n4.
