Srestha Finvest Q1 net profit zooms 6947.73% at Rs 31.01 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 0.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6947.73 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 1632.46 per cent at Rs 39.50 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 2.28 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 88.00 per cent to Rs 1.41 crore from Rs 0.75 crore in year ago period.
Operating Profit surged by 2389.54 per cent to Rs 38.09 crore as against Rs 1.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 43.50 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 10.10 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 5.80 crore (Jun'23 Rs 0.00 crore).
