In terms of Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)\r\nRegulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), and further to our letter dated 5th August, 2024, we wish to inform\r\nyou that, the Board of Directors in its Meeting held today i.e. Monday, 12th August, 2024 has inter-alia,\r\napproved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 along with the Limited\r\nReview Report by the Statutory Auditors.\r\n\r\nPlease find enclosed a copy of the said Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024\r\nalong with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors.\r\n\r\nThe Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 04.15 p.m. and concluded at 06.10\r\np.m.\r\n\r\nThe said Results are also available on Company's website https://www.moneymasterscc.in/\r\n\r\nThe Company will publish the Unaudited Financial Results in the prescribed format.\r\n\r\nPlease take the aforesaid on record.
