Adhata Global Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended 30th June, 2024.\r\n2. To consider and approve the Director's Report along with annexure for the year ended 31st March, 2024.\r\n3. To approve the draft notice of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to decide the date, time and venue of the AGM.\r\n4. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
