Allotment of 1,15,20,000 equity shares of the company of face value of Rs. 10/- each (\equity shares\) in dematerialized form, on preferential allotment basis, to the shareholders of forever business solutions private limited (\FBSPL\) promoter & Non Promoter of the company at a price of Rs. 12/- (Including Premium of Rs. 2/-) , therefore forever business solutions private limited becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
