Easy Trip Planners Q4 net profit jumps 58.07% at Rs 37.81 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.81 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 23.92 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 58.07 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 88.42 per cent at Rs 111.47 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 59.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 116.30 per cent to Rs 64.09 crore from Rs 29.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 7.46 per cent at Rs 4.34 crore versus (Mar'22 Rs 4.69 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 60.45 per cent to Rs 47.38 crore as against Rs 29.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.86 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 11.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.76 crore, while Taxation increased by 36.06 per cent at Rs 12.79 crore (Mar'22 Rs 9.40 crore).
