Kusam Electrical Q4 net profit down 93.33% at Rs 0.05 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.75 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 93.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 12.68 per cent at Rs 1.60 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1.42 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.65 per cent to Rs 1.55 crore from Rs 1.51 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 108.47 per cent at Rs -0.10 crore versus (Mar'22 Rs 1.18 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 155.56 per cent to Rs 0.05 crore as against Rs -0.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 145.81 per cent in March quarter.
Taxation decreased by 153.33 per cent at Rs -0.16 crore (Mar'22 Rs 0.30 crore).
