We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, May 02, 2024 inter- alia, considered and approved the proposal for renewal of credit facility availed from Bank of Baroda and gave authority to Mr. Rahul Belwalkar, Managing Director and Mr. Ashish Ramesh Mahendrakar, Director and CFO of the company to sign and execute documents for the same.
