CURATECH:The Exchange has sought clarification from Cura Technologies Limited with respect to announcement dated 26-Mar-2024, regarding????Appointment of Mr. K. Rajasekhara Reddy Director of the company w.e.f. 26th March,2024."". On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:ￂﾠ1. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The response of the Company is awaited.
