KPI Green Energy Q4 net profit zooms 198.50% at Rs 25.85 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 25.85 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 as compared to Rs 8.66 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 198.50 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 76.11 per cent at Rs 167.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 95.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 42.77 per cent to Rs 102.88 crore from Rs 72.06 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 30.04 per cent at Rs 2.90 crore versus (Mar'23 Rs 2.23 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 179.23 per cent to Rs 65.06 crore as against Rs 23.30 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 58.58 per cent in March quarter.
Interest grew by 111.16 per cent y-o-y to Rs 22.32 crore, while Taxation increased by 1075.31 per cent at Rs 9.52 crore (Mar'23 Rs 0.81 crore).
