IOB: The Exchange had sought clarification from Indian Overseas Bank with respect to announcement dated 21-Feb-2024, regardingﾠappointment of Shri Srinivasan Sridhar as part-time Non-Official Director as well as Non-Executive Chairman.ﾠOn basis of above the Company was required to clarify following:ﾠ1. Brief profile 2. Disclosure of relationships between directors. 3. Affirmation that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority. The response of the Company is attached.
