Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Please find enclosed the Notice which has been sent to the members, seeking their approval by way of Postal Ballot through electronic voting on the items mentioned therein.\r\n\r\nPlease note that the aforesaid Notice is also available at Company Registered office and has been placed on the website of the Company i.e. www.hondaindiapower.com.
