Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. February 14, 2024 - Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (i.e. Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as recommended by the Audit Committee.\r\nThe Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 12.45 p.m. and concluded at 1.15 p.m.\r\nThe results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course.\r\nKindly take the above on your record.
