Inducto Steel Li Q3 net profit down 25.00% at Rs 0.12 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 0.16 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.00 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 43.50 per cent at Rs 22.25 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.38 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 46.51 per cent to Rs 21.39 crore from Rs 39.99 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 86.79 per cent at Rs 0.14 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 1.06 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 240.98 per cent to Rs 0.86 crore as against Rs -0.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 349.03 per cent in December quarter.
Interest grew by 2433.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.76 crore, while Taxation decreased by 78.95 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Dec'22 Rs 0.19 crore).
