Go Digit General Ins Q1 net profit jumps 73.35% at Rs 101.34 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 101.34 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 58.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 73.35 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.64 per cent at Rs 1,823.73 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,475.01 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.02 per cent to Rs 2,004.18 crore from Rs 1,642.54 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 300.00 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 0.02 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 73.27 per cent to Rs 101.26 crore as against Rs 58.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 40.15 per cent in June quarter.
