SBC Exports Q1 net profit up 13.54% at Rs 5.20 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.20 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 4.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 13.54 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.02 per cent at Rs 57.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.00 per cent to Rs 51.13 crore from Rs 44.46 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 46.32 per cent at Rs 1.39 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 0.95 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 14.95 per cent to Rs 5.92 crore as against Rs 5.15 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.10 per cent in June quarter.
Interest grew by 49.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore
