Themis Medicare Q1 net profit jumps 48.96% at Rs 18.71 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.71 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 12.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.96 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.76 per cent at Rs 106.08 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 96.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.58 per cent to Rs 76.83 crore from Rs 74.90 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 9.23 per cent at Rs 0.71 crore versus (Jun'23 Rs 0.65 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 34.50 per cent to Rs 29.24 crore as against Rs 21.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 22.53 per cent in June quarter.
Interest declined by 42.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.44 crore, while Taxation increased by 66.67 per cent at Rs 7.20 crore (Jun'23 Rs 4.32 crore).
